报告人简介：Pavel Sorokin，俄罗斯国立研究型技术大学“莫斯科国立钢铁合金学院”教授，超硬材料实验室主任。2007年博士毕业于俄罗斯列別捷夫物理研究所。现在从事Numerical quantum chemistry, ab-initio calculations, carbon (graphene, nanotubes, ultrahard carbon materials) & noncarbon (2D inorganic films), nanostructures, nanotechnology等方向研究。Google scholar Citation index: 2555, h-index: 19。在Science, Nature Chemistry, Nature Physics等发表100余篇学术论文。
